Monthly Cost Monthly Cost For this plan we accept payments monthly, quarterly (every three months), semi-annually (every six months) and annually (every twelve months). Disk Space Disk Space We will notify you prior to you running out of either bandwidth or disk space. Note: If you run out of disk space and would like to upgrade, we will calculate how much your current plans worth and subtract the difference!	25 GB
Monthly Bandwidth Transfer Monthly Bandwidth Transfer Our monthly bandwidth limit is given in GB (gigabytes) per month. This is the amount of data that you are able to transfer between your website account and visitors of your website per month. If you go over your limit we will not terminate your account or anything crazy, we will charge you a Bandwith Overcharge of 1 dollar Canadian per gigabyte(see bottom of page.) We will notify prior to you running out of either bandwidth or disk space.	250 GB

Domains and Subdomains
Sub Domains Sub Domains The Sub Domain Maintenance menu allows you to add and remove subdomains. Subdomains allow you to access different directories by using a domain name which you do not have to register. For example, if you want to access forums on your site, you can create forums.domain.com and link it to the directory that your forums are in. Domain Parking Domain Parking A parked domain is an additional domain name that points to your main website. Parked domain names are useful if you use multiple domain names to access your website. For example, When someone types in "yourparkeddomain.com" (assuming that is a parked domain name), they will end up on your main website. In the control panel's webmail menu you can choose to access your email using the Horde, SquirrelMail web-based email applications. These programs will allow you to read your email through a browser window without having to make any changes to the computer you are on or leave any email on the computer you are on.

An email domain forwarder redirects all email coming in on a specific domain name to another domain name. For example if we setup example.com to redirect to example.net, all email coming in on example.com will redirect to its corresponding user on example.net. (billy@example.com would redirect to billy@example.net). Any pop accounts setup under each domain name will not be affected by this forwarding option.

File Manager The File Manager allows you to modify the files and contents of files that are part of your website. Using a easy to use web-based interface the File Manager allows point and click uploading, editing, copying, and more. If you need access to the files that make up your website without the use an ftp application, you will need to use the File Manager.
Error LogsError Logs This function will display the last 300 errors for your site. This can be very useful for determining what links are broken on your site, or what files do not exist that should. Checking this log frequently can help keep your site running smoothly.
Raw Acess LogsRaw Access Logs allow you to see who has accessed your site without the use of graphs, charts or other graphics. You can use the Raw Access Logs menu to download a zipped version of the server's access log for your site. This can be very useful when you need to see who is accessing your site quickly.
Disk Usage ViewerThe Disk Usage Viewer in your control panel allows you to see where the files are in your site that are taking up disk space. You can use the viewer to view all of the files in your site and find out how much space each file takes up.
FTP ManagerThe FTP manager allows you to control FTP accounts for your users, and if you have any subdomains you can add an FTP account for the subdomain. You can also change the anonymous settings for FTP users from the FTP manager. The FTP manager allows you to disconnect users or timed out FTP sessions. You can even edit the anonymous FTP welcome message that users will see when they login to your FTP site!
FTP AccountsFTP Accounts You are allowed to create an unlimited ammount of FTP accounts. This is an feature that is included in all our plans. With the ftp account utility you can control ftp accounts for users who you wish to grant FTP access to, or if your account has subdomain support you can add an ftp login for the subdomain. We also do not restrict the ammount of FTP updates you are allowed to make to your website(s).	Unlimited

Security and Backup
Backups Generating Backups The Backup Menu allows you to backup or restore all or part of your account. You can generate a backup of your account from the Backup Menu, you can also download any automatic backups that have been created. You can even generate a "full backup" and create a backup of a MySQL database!
SSH/Shell Access SSH/Shell Access You can connect to your site through shell access to have the ability to run commands as if you were sitting at the computer which your site is on. Shell access allows you to run command line programs, copy files, delete files, and more. WARNING: Changes made while using the shell will be reflected on your account. Most changes will not give any warning, including deleting files, or changing file permissions. These changes can be harmful if you are unfamiliar with the commands you are using.
Ip Deny Manager Ip Deny Manager This feature will allow you to block any range of ip addresses you wish from accessing your web site. You can also enter a fully qualified domain name, and the Ip Deny Manager will attempt to resolve it to an ip address for you.
Web Protect Web Protect You can protect directories in your site from unwanted visitors by using a password to protect them. This makes it safer and easier to restrict content or store sensitive material online while allowing authorized users access by providing them with the password.
Hotlink Protection Hotlink Protection HotLink protection prevents other websites from directly linking to files on your website. Other sites will still be able to link to any file type that you don't specify below (ie. html files). An example of hotlinking would be if someone was using an image tag to display an image from your site to their site somewhere else on the net. The end result is that the other site is stealing your bandwidth.
Index Manager Index Manager The index manager will allow you to turn indexes on or off for a directory. If indexes are off, people will not be able to see what files are in a directory that lacks an index file.

Apache Handlers Manager What is an Apache Handler?
Apache handlers allow you to control what the Apache server will do with certain file types.
What is Apache?
Apache is an open-source HTTP Web server software. The majority of websites are on Apache servers, it is currently the most popular web server software on the internet.

Note: Theres is often confusion regarding the roles of Mimes types and Apache handlers. Basically, mime types tell your browser how to handle files, while Apache handlers tell the server how to handle files.

Mime Types Mime Types
Mime types tell browsers how to handle specific extensions. For example, the text/html mime type equates to .htm, .html, and .shtml extensions on most servers, and this tells your browser to interpret all files with those extensions as HTML files. You can alter or add new mime types specifically for your site (note that you can not alter the system defined mime type values).

Crontab Crontab
The crontab command, found in Unix and Unix-like operating systems, is used to schedule commands ("cron-jobs") to be executed periodically.

SSL Manager The SSL Manager enables you to view and download currently available keys, certificates, and certificate signing request(CSR) files.

Manage OpenPGP keys The OpenPGP protocol defines standard formats for message encryption, signatures, and certificates for exchanging public keys.

The "Manage OpenPGP Keys" menu allows you to add public and private GnuPG keys to your account. GnuPG is a publicly available email encryption protocol that uses the "public key" approach. With GnuPG, messages are encrypted using a "public key" however, they can only be decrypted by a "private key", which is retained by the intended recipient of the message.

Networking Tools The OpenPGP protocol defines standard formats for message encryption, signatures, and certificates for exchanging public keys.

The Network Tools allow you to find out information about any domain, or to trace the route from the server your site is on to the computer you are accessing your control panel from! You can also find useful information about a domain that would help you make sure your DNS is set up properly. You can use the Network Tools to obtain information about your IP address and your DNS.
